Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Simple eFinance (Pvt) Ltd (“we”, “us”) provides cloud software for financial institutions. We collect: (a) account information you give us, such as name, work email, phone and institution details; (b) data your institution enters into the platform, including client records, loan and savings transactions and documents; and (c) usage data, such as log-ins, device and browser information, and feature usage.

Your institution is the controller of client data it enters. We process it only on your instructions.

2. How we use data

We use data to operate and secure the service, provide support, generate the reports and AI insights your institution requests (credit scoring, forecasts, risk flags), and improve the platform. AI models are trained per-institution on your own portfolio data. We do not use one customer's data to score another customer's clients, and we do not sell personal data.

3. Storage and security

Data is stored in regional cloud data centers, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Access is role-based and fully audited. Backups are automatic and retained for 35 days. We maintain incident-response procedures and will notify affected institutions without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach.

4. Sharing

We share data only with: sub-processors that host and operate the service (under data-processing agreements), regulators or authorities where the law requires it, and parties you explicitly authorize. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

5. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. End clients of an institution should direct requests to that institution, and we assist it in responding. We retain account data for the life of the contract plus statutory retention periods.

6. Form submissions and email

When you submit the contact or onboarding form we collect the details you enter so we can respond. Those details are emailed to our team from no-reply@simpleefinance.com and a confirmation copy is sent to the address you provide. We use Cloudflare to serve this website and to deliver these emails. Submissions are retained for up to 24 months and are not used for advertising.
